Why is Alan Measles?
Called Alan Measles, the teddy was named after his best friend and neighbour. The “Measles” part came from Alan’s comforting presence when Perry, aged three, was ill in bed with measles. Alan became Grayson’s “perfect role model” – he claims that he still tries to live up to him.
