Can you return items on Clear Pay?
Full Refunds If you have returned an order in its entirety and the full amount of the order is refunded, any upcoming payments will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with.

Simply fill in our contact form through the Help section with your order number. Note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.
Does Clearpay affect credit score?
Using a credit card, store card or schemes like Laybuy, Clearpay or Klarna can damage your credit score if you miss a payment and fail to repay what you have borrowed. This information will be visible to lenders and could mean you could find it difficult to get approved for future credit, such as a loan or mortgage.
How long does a refund take with Clearpay?
If a refund is due, your invoice will be adjusted, and you’ll receive a refund from Clearpay within 10 working days for all payments you’ve already made. Your refund will be issued back to the credit or debit card you used at checkout to pay your first instalment.
